Nutrition and Weight Management Coaching
Coach Barb is our expert on this topic and is a certified NESTA Nutrition and Weight Management Specialist, as well as a Nutritionist certified by the International Sports Sciences Association .

The Nutrition and Weight Management coaching program not only supports you in your weight management journey; whether that be goals in weight loss, weight gain or maintenance; it is also designed to give you the tools and develop the habits you need to live a healthier lifestyle long term. Barb’s coaching approach doesn’t just cover how to eat better and manage your calories to reach your weight goals. This program also helps you learn how to navigate your environment that can often be plagued with poor eating and lifestyle options that are difficult to say no to. Whether you need to lose a few pounds, want to maintain your weight, want to gain weight, want to learn how to teach your family how to life healthier or just want to develop a healthier lifestyle yourself, this program is for you. At the end of the coaching sessions, you will feel empowered with the tools you need to develop the habits and skills to maintain the new healthy lifestyle you want to live.

Ultimate Nutrition and Weight Management Transformation Package includes.:
- All 20 sessions offered in 1:1 one hour coaching sessions weekly
- Up to 5 1:1 fifteen-minute accountability sessions for those weeks that you need a bit of extra support
- Up to 3 follow-up texts/emails per week to check in
- Barb’s Portion Control Guide and other resources as needed
Getting on Track Package includes:
- 12 sessions offered in 1:1 one hour coaching sessions weekly
- Up to 2 1:1 fifteen-minute accountability sessions for those weeks that you need some extra support
- Up to 2 follow-up texts/emails per week to check in
- Barb’s Portion Control Guide and other resources as needed
Healthy Eating Basics Package includes:
- 8 sessions offered in 1:1 one hour coaching sessions weekly
- Up to 1 follow-up text/email per week to check in
- Barb’s Portion Control guide and other resources
Where do we coach?
We coach both in-person and virtually via phone, WhatsApp, or Teams. In person – currently on hold due to Covid 19 (Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph Ontario area) and/or…another agreed upon meeting platform.
Pricing and Options:
One-On-One Sessions (all are in Canadian Funds):
We offer 8, or 12 session packages for both our 1-hour sessions and 30 mins sessions (30 mins sessions by request).
We also consider your need for flexibility so we offer Pay As You Go (by request only), so you can mix and match the length of sessions. No minimum sessions required to be purchased. Please ask for more details.
